We are aware of an issue currently impacting a number of our products (FromDoctoPDF, ConvertDocsNow, VideoDownloadConverter, VideoConvert, PConverter, ConvertAnyFile, Allin1Convert, FileShareFanatic, SendFilesFree, FileSendSuite).
For example, if your "Browse" button does not work when you try to click it, or if you go to convert a file and your "Browse" button looks like this:
You will need to check to see if the version of Shockwave Flash you are using is up to date. Visit the Adobe Flash site at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to check your flash version and update to the newest plug-in.
Once you have done so, you will need to make sure the plug-in is activated. To do so, please take a look at the instructions provided by Adobe (for Windows instructions scroll down):
