If you are having difficulties, you may need to enable Flash to use MyWebFace.
In Chrome:
- In the address bar, type chrome://settings/content
- Under Content Settings, find the Flash
- Select Allow sites to run Flash
- Under Allow, click ADD
- Enter myscrapnook.com and click ADD
In Internet Explorer:
- Click the Tools icon in the upper-right corner of the browser (the gear)
- In the pop-up menu, click Manage Add-ons
- Select Toolbars and Extensions
- In Add-ons, locate Shockwave Flash Object
- If the status is Disabled, click the Shockwave Flash row
- In the lower right-hand corner of Manage Add-ons, click Enable
- Close the window
In Safari:
- Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences
- Click the Security tab
- Make sure that Enagle JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected
- Click Manage Website Settings
- Select Adobe Flash Player
- From the menu, select On for When visiting other websites
- Click Done
In Firefox:
- From the icon of three horizontal lines click on Add-ons
- Select Plugins
- In the list, look for Shockwave Flash
- Check the status next to the add-on name
- Select Always Activate
- Close the dialog box
